TRANSFORMING
YOUR FUTURE
DESIGNING
and
LEADING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
August 20-21,
2008
(8:30 a.m. - Noon)
(Note: this seminar is held in two half-day
sessions)
Learn how to design and lead successful change processes in your
organization.
The successful nonprofits of the future will be those
that master change. These organizations
will invigorate their missions by unleashing and focusing the energy of change,
itself, to drive their programs, their outcomes, and their results. Their
leaders will empower the organization by engaging the forces of change to
strengthen the work of the staff, the board and volunteers.
This workshop, conducted in
two half-day sessions,
prepares nonprofit leaders to design and lead successful, positive
change processes in their organizations and gain perspective on the
changes that are altering our organizational world.
