Studies show that half of managerial decisions fail.  How much time, money, reputation, and morale is your organization losing because of failed managerial decisions?  How can you tap into your organization's mission and values in order to make better decisions?  This lecture will focus on five things you can do to make more effective decisions.  The workshop will give you the opportunity to practice the skills outlined in the lecture, and will introduce and help you develop further related skills.
