The Lewis White Real Estate Center employs an interdisciplinary approach to teaching real estate through the application of collaboration, cutting edge techniques and innovative and entrepreneurial thinking that are essential for success in today's dynamic real estate world.

The Lewis White Real Estate Center in collaboration with the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, recognized by the Princeton Review as one of the top 25 Graduate Entrepreneurship Programs in the country, have collaborated together to offer both graduate and undergraduate programs that prepare students for successful careers and leadership positions in the real estate industry.

UMKC's Graduate Real Estate Class impresses a panel of 17 judges
The Lewis White Real Estate Center has successfully concluded its second executive graduate class with a capstone event in which three teams competed on a highest and best use analysis of 9 acres of land at the entrance to The National Golf Course of Kansas City. The winning team consisted of Chuck Campbell from FiveStar Lifestyles and Naomi Menefee from Colliers International who sold the judges with their concept of "The Village at the National".
