William Self is an assistant professor of leadership and organizational behavior at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management. Self received a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley’s Walter A. Haas School of Business and an A.B. from Harvard University.
Self has taught organizational behavior, leadership, ethics, cross-cultural management and power and influence. His research and consulting interests include organizational culture, leadership and the management of diverse and global teams.
Self’s research has been published in top academic journals, including Leadership Quarterly and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Personality and Social Psychology and the International Society for Justice Research.
