Rong Ma is an assistant professor of strategic management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Bloch School. She received a Ph.D. from the University of Memphis and an M.B.A. from Ohio University.

She has published research articles in top academic journals, including Strategic Management Journal, International Business Review and Human Resource Management Review.
