Charles ("Chuck") C. Connely, IV, CCIM, CPM is an instructor of finance and real estate (through the Lewis White Real Estate Center) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Henry W. Bloch School of Management.
He is also managing director of EPR Financial Services, a subsidiary of EPR Properties (formerly Entertainment Properties Trust).
Connely has an M.B.A. and B.B.A. (with distinction) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.
With more than twenty years of investment banking experience, Connely previously served as managing director of KPMG LLP’s Corporate Finance Group and vice president of corporate finance with George K. Baum & Company.Connely serves on the Board of Directors of Epiq Systems, Inc., a public integrated technology solutions company for the legal profession, and on the Board of Directors for the Rehabilitation Institute of KC Foundation, which provides medical rehabilitation, employment placement and disability services.
He also serves on the Board of Directors, and is the 2013 treasurer, of the CCIM Institute internationally.He has won the Kansas City CCIM Chapter 2004 Home Run Award for Retail Projects and the CCIM Partner’s 2005 Retail Lease Transaction of the Year Award.
