What You Will Learn

You have your eye on the prize, a senior level position. You are technically sound, hard working and diligent--the go-to person to execute the plan, but not yet the person chosen to lead and create the vision. What’s missing? What is it that a chosen leader has that you don’t? How can you become more visible and valuable in matters of strategic importance?

Often, the answer comes down to what you say and how you say it. To be seen and heard as a trusted leader in your organization you must become a strategic communicator.
