About the Instructor
Erin Blocher is the Director of the Bloch Communication Center and an Instructor of Business Communication at the Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Erin received her Masters of Arts in Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Kansas and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Minor in History, from the University of Kansas. Her teaching emphasis has included courses in Effective Business Communication and Honors Speaker - Audience Communication. Her scholarly research focuses on rhetoric, public address, and political communication. Other work experiences in the Kans-as City area have included serving as Field Director and professional campaign staff for a 2004 congressional campaign in Kansas's 3rd Congressional District and working as Fundraising Coordinator for the Agriculture Council of America and the National Agri-Marketing Association, located in Overland Park, Kansas.

At least ten (10) business days are required to reschedule or cancel any class in order to receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $50. Cancellations made less than ten (10) business days from the class start date are eligible for credit towards future classes but are ineligible for refund. When rescheduling occurs our policy requires a $50 administrative transaction fee. Any and all fees paid toward classes cancelled by Bloch Executive Education will be promptly refunded or applied to a later class date at the customer's discretion.
