AI  Appraisal Institute is a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers. Its mission is to advance professionalism and ethics, global standards, methodologies, and practices through the professional development of property economics worldwide.

ALTA American Land Title Association, founded in 1907, is the national trade association and voice of the abstract and title insurance industry. ALTA members search, review and insure land titles to protect home buyers and mortgage lenders who invest in real estate. ALTA is headquartered in Washington, DC. 

AREUEA  American Real Estate Urban Economics Association grew from discussions of individuals that recognized a need for more information and analysis in the fields of real estate development, planning and economics.

BOMA Building Owners and Managers Association International’s mission is to represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership, advocacy, exchange of information, and professional development.

CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.

IAMC Industrial Asset Management Council is the leading association of industrial asset management and corporate real estate executives, their suppliers and service providers, and economic developers.  

IREM Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors.

KCRAR The Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors was established to protect the rights and privileges of home ownership, to maintain continuing avenues of education and to improve the standards of the real estate profession. MRA Missouri Association of Realtors is a trade association representing more than 25,000 Realtors statewide. As members of organized real estate, Realtors subscribe to a strict code of ethics and have access to numerous services and programs to enhance their professionalism.  

NAHB National Association of Home Builders is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry.
